In the piezoelectric ink jet technology, the ink is ejected by a nozzle similar to the heat-sensitive ink-jet technology, but the ink droplets are formed by reducing the area where the ink is ejected. The reduction of the discharge area is controlled by applying a voltage to one or more piezoelectric plates in the discharge area. Since the micro piezoelectric print head technology utilizes the discharge characteristics of the crystal during pressurization, the ink is ejected stably at a normal temperature. It has a strong ability to control the ink droplets, easy to achieve high-precision print quality of 1440dpi, and no need to heat the micro-piezo inkjet, the ink will not change due to chemical changes in the heat, it greatly reduced the requirements of the ink.
Photo machines and inkjet printers are used for advertising printing, but there are differences in some places.
1. Format: The size of the Inkjet Printer is usually 3.2 meters; the photo machine has a small format, usually 1.52 meters.
2. The working environment is different: The external inkjet printer is mainly used for large-scale outdoor wall advertising and signboards, and the outdoor inkjet printer has the advantage of strong weather resistance, that is, it can waterproof and prevent sunlight, and it will not fade and discolor when placed outdoors. Disadvantages are the poor quality of inkjet printers; pictorial machines are mainly used for the production of in-house inkjet products such as indoor stickers, display boards, posters, posters, and rules and regulations. The quality of inkjet printing is relatively high.
3. Ink: Due to the different environment in which inkjet products are placed, the inks used in inkjet printers and photo machines are different. The inkjet printer's ink is a solvent-based ink, which has a strong irritating odor, waterproof and light, and does not change color for a long time. The photo machine uses water-based ink. No taste, no waterproof, need to be covered.

5, resolution: inkjet because hanging at high resolution does not have to be very high. Photo for indoor use, must have a relatively high resolution. Very clear.
