Common faults and solutions for CO2 marking machines

1. Reasons for failure to achieve the expected marking depth:
1 Whether the laser output power meets the requirements;
2 Whether the optical path adjustment is accurate;
3 Whether the position and direction adjustment of the beam expander is accurate;
4 There is no pollution on the surface of the lens;
5 Whether the surface of the workpiece is on the focal plane;
6 Whether the laser power output DC 28V voltage drops, resulting in a decrease in laser output power.
7 Is the speed too fast?
2. D/A shows several major problems:
1 There is no light signal (+5V) on the 8th pin, resulting in no laser output from the laser;
2 The analog signal output can not accurately reflect the design content, that is, garbled phenomenon;
3 AD7237 is not working properly. The phenomenon is that the printed lines are dotted lines.
4 No signal at the 18th leg (0-10V) causes the laser to have no laser output.
3. There are several main problems with the galvanometer scan head:
1 standard squares printed in trapezoidal or diamond shape;
2 The square frame has a pincushion or barrel deformation.
4. Solution for galvanometer scan head printing distortion:
1 The generation of pincushion or barrel distortion is an inherent phenomenon of galvanometer marking, which is determined by the galvanometer scanning method. The solution is to perform signal correction on the distortion;
2 There are two methods of calibration, one is hardware correction, and currently used less. The other is software correction, which is currently used by us;
3 The method of hardware calibration is to change the analog signal outputted by the D/A card through a calibration card according to a certain rule, and then transmit the signal to the vibration lens;
4 The method of software calibration is that the marking software itself is provided with a correction function. In the marking process, the digital signal is processed according to a certain method, and then the signal is transmitted to the D/A card.
5. The laser prints lines in a dotted line:
1 Is the signal line connected and there is no solder joint;
2 Is there a problem with the lens driver board to the motor cable?
3 When the D/A card is inserted into the ISA slot, the position is correct;
4 Is the AD7237 working properly?
6. Beam expander adjustment problem:
1 The adjustment requirements of the beam expander: the incident light should be at the center of the aperture of the beam expander, and the exit light should be at the center of the exit hole;
2 The adjustment of the beam expander has a great influence on the laser marking effect. Mainly manifested in:
a. laser power drop;
b. The laser intensity is not uniform in the marking format;
c. The computer software design center deviates from the vibrating lens physics center;
d. Can not achieve the expansion effect.
