1. Site preparation.

2. Safety measures.

6. Melting of the material.
The melting kettle is placed on the vehicle, and a gas burner and a stirring device equipped with CP gas (liquefied petroleum gas) as a fuel are used in the melting tank, and the materials are heated and stirred until they are melted to make them meet the required coating materials. 7, coating (spreading glass beads)
(1) Coating operation is a key step in the construction of marking lines and should be strictly controlled according to the operating procedures. In order to prevent the viscosity of the storage tank and the outlet of the line from becoming thicker, a heating and heat preservation device should be provided on the scribing surface (vehicle), and the temperature should be properly controlled according to the coating amount and surrounding climate factors. (2) Warming the molten coating to 180-200? 8. The marking line is solidified.
