The Emplex MPS 14000 high-speed continuous-sealing machine is designed to meet the requirements of most heavy-duty bags. It consists of a bag with a triangular cloth, a bag made of multi-layered kraft paper, and a sachet. The sealer speeds up to 1,500 inches per minute. The system can also provide 25 inches of heat and 10 inches of eddy current cooling. Eddy current cooling can be controlled by the user on demand. The machine is equipped with a removable sealing module for quick replacement of Teflon tape and quick cleaning and maintenance. Digital control allows the operator to control the seal temperature, speed and pressure. The current supply models are all made of stainless steel.
