Laser Marking Machine, pay attention to the following matters:
1. Keep the interior and machine surface neat and clean.
2. Check whether each optical lens has dirt on schedule (the duration depends on the working environment), and scrub if there is dirt in case of emergency. Scrubbing method: When cleaning the lens, be very careful. Before cleaning the lens, it is strictly forbidden to arbitrarily change the protection circuit and the main components of the laser;
3. It is strictly forbidden to start the laser power supply and Q-switched power supply under the condition that the waterless or water circulation is not normal;
4, do not agree Q power no-load work (that is, Q output power output is suspended);
5, anomalous phenomenon, first close the galvanometer switch and key switch, and then check;
6. Pay attention to the floating end of the laser power output (anode) to prevent ignition and breakdown with other electrical appliances;
7. Keep the inner wheel back clean. Clean the laser marking machine water tank on time and replace it with deionized water or pure water;
8. Do not allow other components to be activated before the xenon lamp is ignited to prevent high voltage from entering the damaged component;
9. Configure the laser chiller to effectively cool the module and Q head of the marking machine to prevent the marking machine from overheating.
In the process of use, the above matters should be observed and the laser equipment should be used accurately, so as to extend the service life of the equipment and minimize the cost.
