The hot-melt marking coating is a melt-type coating. When the temperature reaches 180-220°C, the coating becomes a viscous flow state and becomes solid at room temperature. Hot melt coating construction process:
1, road cleaning. Like the epoxy floor paint, in order to ensure the adhesion properties of the paint and the road surface, the ground must be cleaned before the construction to remove dust, laitance and moisture.
2, lofting. Since the construction of the hot melt coating is basically performed once, the road line and the icon of the mark need to be currently marked out before the construction. Under normal circumstances, according to the measured road center point, determine the center line at intervals of 10-20m, set the center point every 5-15m on the radius of curvature, and correct the unit with the length of 5Om in the longitudinal direction of the road, according to the marked At the center point, the center line is drawn. The inspection is consistent with the radius of curvature of the road, and the line of the edge of the roadway, the dividing line of the roadway, etc. is released.
3, the material of the hot melt. The conventional construction machine has a hand-push hot-melt drawing machine, which has a dissolution kettle and a burner, which can heat, stir, and melt the material directly on the car.
4, coating. After the material is melted, the machine is laid out according to the lofted line. When the machine is pushed, the valve is opened, the molten hot-melt coating is flowed out, and is spread on the coating film through a self-weight glass bead dispenser.
5, correction. After the coating is completed, it is necessary to make corrections before the hot-melt coating is completely cured, remove the marking lines that do not meet the requirements, scoop out the spilled coating film, and check the details such as the size, thickness, and spreading of the glass beads.
