Inkjet Printing Subcommittee to Formulate National Standard for Wide Format Inkjet Printers

In 2007, the China Inkjet Printing Sub-committee of the Printing and Equipment Equipment Industry Association (hereinafter referred to as the Inkjet Printing Sub-committee) and the National Printing Machinery Standardization Committee jointly organized and formulated the "National Standard for Large Format Inkjet Printers in China". This session of the national standards drafting group members include: The main drafting unit is Shenzhen Run Tianzhi Image Technology Co., Ltd., the drafting unit is Anhui Liyu Computer Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd., Shenyang Flying Boat Digital Printing Technology Co., Ltd. Strong support from all parties in the industry.
Regarding the necessity of China's national standard for ink-jet printers, the China Inkjet Printing Sub-committee of the Printing and Equipment and Equipment Industry Association believes that after the introduction of the national standard, when a dispute arises between inkjet users and manufacturers, it can be determined that that party should bear responsibility. . In the civil economic disputes concerning who advocates evidence, the unqualified contracts and commitments of the previous companies often cannot be used as evidence. However, if similar product quality disputes occur in the future, the court will have laws to follow.
With this in mind, the Inkjet Printing Branch is scheduled to enact a national standard for wide-format inkjet printers (below 1.6 meters, also called photo machines) in 2008. At present, the Inkjet Printing Branch is in contact with related companies and seeks advice from professionals in the industry to formulate this national standard.
