Fourth, bidder qualification requirements
1. Registered in China with independent legal personality, holding the State Administration for Industry and Commerce to issue a real and effective corporate legal person business license. And the business scope meets the requirements of this project;
2. The financial status is good, and tax and social security funds are paid according to law;
3. The company must have the performance of similar related projects since 2014 and have the necessary equipment and professional technical capabilities to perform the contract;
4. There are no major illegal records, commercial bribery, unfair competition acts and reputation in the three years before participating in government procurement activities. They are not being ordered to suspend business, their qualifications have been cancelled, and their assets have been taken over, frozen, or bankrupted;
5. The Commonwealth does not accept bids from the Consortium.
