Print needle and needle sleeve
During the operation of the equipment, the printing needle repeatedly impacts up and down. Due to the friction between the needle sleeve and the printing needle, after a long time, the inner wall of the needle sleeve and the printing needle itself will be worn out, thereby increasing the gap between the needle and the needle sleeve. Large, directly affects the printing effect. During maintenance, remove the printing needle from the needle sleeve, clean them with gasoline, dry it, add an appropriate amount of lubricant, and reload it. This work is carried out according to the frequency with which users use the device, and it is recommended to use it two to three times a week.
Printer head maintenance
The printer head is mainly composed of linear guides and motors. Since the guide rail directly faces the workpiece to be processed, the debris generated during the marking process of the workpiece and the dust and other impurities in the on-site environment are easily attached to the guide rail, which may cause the guide rail to wear out after a long time. The method to avoid is to clean the guide rail regularly with gasoline, and then add proper amount of lubricating oil after drying. This work is recommended to be done once every two weeks. At the same time, pay attention to avoid adding oil to the timing belt during the cleaning and oiling process.
Controller maintenance
Due to its own characteristics, the equipment is exposed to the air for a long time, and it is easy to accumulate dust in the circuit board after a long time, and it is easy to cause circuit short circuit if it is not cleaned for a long time. The way to clear is to turn off the power of the controller, open the outer cover of the box, and blow out the dust inside with clean compressed air. Usually pay more attention to the dustproof work outside the chassis.
Computer maintenance
After the computer runs for a long time, a lot of junk files will also be generated inside the system. If it is not cleaned up, it will directly affect the normal operation of the software. The work includes the following:
