Hot melt line construction process:

4. After the primer is dry, the hot-melt coating can be applied. When the marking line is coated, reflective glass beads are scattered to increase the night identification. The marking thickness is 1.5-1.8 mm.

Hot melt line has the following characteristics:

1. Adhesion: The unique formula and road surface have a good binding force, and a special undercoating agent is applied before marking. Make the paint and pavement more sturdy.

2. Anti-skid property: It contains non-slip additives to keep the paint leveling well, and it also has better anti-skid performance, ensuring maximum driving safety.

3, reflective: contains a sufficient amount of high-quality glass beads with stable refractive index, and according to the glass beads sedimentation rate of scientific selection of mixed glass beads of different particle ratio, to ensure that the old and new markings to maintain a good reflective effect .

4. Dryness: According to the different construction conditions to provide different formulations to ensure that 3-5 minutes dry and open, and maintain excellent anti-fouling properties.

5. Stability: Contains anti-ultraviolet auxiliaries, and uses light and heat-stabilized raw materials for preparation. It is the long-term maintenance of the original status and color of the markings.
