Pneumatic marking machine maintenance knowledge
Mechanical maintenance and care:
(1) X, Y axis sliders should be kept clean, no dust or scraps are allowed on them, so as not to affect the accuracy of the slide rails;
(2) X, Y axis slider plus a small amount of oil more than 20 # a week, and hand holding the marking head back and forth along the X, Y direction several times;
(3) Regularly check whether the X, Y-axis motor and timing belt wheel joint is loose, check once every three months;
(4) Regularly check the degree of tension of the X- and Y-axis timing belts (once in three months);
(5) Regularly check whether the X- and Y-axis timing belts are loose (three months);
(6) Keep the cylinder of the marking head clean, do not allow dust, iron filings, etc. to enter the cylinder or copper sleeve. Add lubricating oil (can be injected from the exhaust hole) before daily use;
(7) When the air source is turned on, the two parts will be automatically drained. At this time, there will be gas discharge. After a few minutes, it will return to normal. Check if the pneumatic two-part joints are normal in half a year;
(8) needle wear can be repaired, remove the needle by turning the needle sleeve to the left, remove the rubber seal, you can remove the needle and the return spring;
(9) No oil, iron, etc. are allowed on the travel switch;
(10) Compressed air should meet the specifications given in the technical requirements.
2 Computer System Maintenance and Care:
(1) The power supply shall meet the specifications set forth in the technical requirements;
(2) The computer should be operated by someone who does not allow other software to run;
(3) Once the computer is infected with a virus, please quickly ask the software technician to handle it or contact the company promptly;
(4) The computer environment should meet the indicators proposed in the technical requirements;
(5) The computer should be protected against moisture, dust and oil, so as to avoid causing short circuit and poor contact due to oxidation of the incoming connector elements. And half a year to open the chassis to clean up dust;
(6) When the keyboard is operated, no excessive force is applied, and only a slight tapping is required, otherwise it will affect the lifespan or even damage;
(7) It is forbidden to drop the electric control box, computer, keyboard, mouse, etc. to avoid damage to the internal components.
