S&A CW-5000 water chiller can provide cooling for 3W Huaray UV laser marking machine

One of our laser customers from Wuhan purchased S&A CW-5000 water chiller to cool their Huaray 3W UV Laser Marking Machine.
S&A CW-5000 water chiller is applicable to all of the 3W-5W UV laser marking machines with up to 800W cooling capacity and ±0.3℃ precisely temperature control.
As UV laser has a high requirement on constant temperature, some of the users request the installation of heating rod in the water chiller.
The provision of a heating rod may facilitate the industrial water chiller to achieve a constant temperature. Especially in the northern cold region, the cooling water freezes easily and the water temperature is extremely low, which might lead to a failure in starting the water chiller. Therefore the installation of a heating rod will play an extremely important role. According to our experience in water chiller, the constant temperature required by Huaray laser is 25℃.
When will the heating rod start to work after the installation? It starts to work when the temperature of the cooling water is 0.1℃ lower than the preset temperature. For example: In the constant temperature mode, set the temperature to be 25℃. Then the heating rod starts to work when the water temperature is 24.9℃. In the intelligent mode, when the temperature is set to be 28℃ (or when the ambient temperature is 30℃), the heating rod begins to work when the water temperature reaches 27.9℃.
As the center of an industrial water chiller, the quality of condenser is of great importance. S&A has invested millions of money in the condenser production equipment and made strict control on a series of processes, including fins, bends and welding etc. to secure the quality of condenser. Also with the introduction of welding robots, the welding procedure has been significantly improved and perfected, which has efficiently prevented the machinery breakdown caused by solder skips to better secure the stable quality of S&A water chiller.
