In the process of die-cutting the combined version of the cigarette label product by the flat-press die-cutting machine, the cigarette box is connected to each other by a plurality of uncut links so that the cigarette box and the cigarette box are not completely separated. Even the dots play a very important role when the die cutting machine is in operation, such as loose plates, drops, and uneven paper collection.
However, cigarette factories with high quality requirements do not allow continuous spots on the cigarette label, which requires the quality inspector to thoroughly polish the continuous spots on the cigarette label.
Each clamshell and cigarette label cut by the die-cutting machine generally has 8-12 connecting points. Polishing these connecting points takes up at least 2 hours per quality inspector every day. Some printing plants use the self-made open joint knife to make irregular joints, which makes polishing more difficult.
Grinding even the joints consumes physical strength and wastes time, which seriously affects work efficiency. In addition, a lot of paper dust will be generated when polishing the joints, which is detrimental to the health of the quality inspector. Paper dust will also be adsorbed on the surface of the product due to static electricity, which seriously affects the quality of the product.
In response to these circumstances, we broke the rules and made bold innovations in the continuous dot process. Taking the production of tobacco label products in our factory (clamshell with twelve, strip box with two, Tangshan Yutian without scrapping MYl020 die cutting machine, TYM1020 die ironing machine, speed 4500 sheets / hour), the die cutting version does not open The five-point die-cutting of the die-cutting machine is realized, the operation is normal, and the speed of the machine is not affected. In fact, the machine speed can be increased again. Our factory has not been driven to a higher speed due to the machine.
This process innovation solves the following problems:
(1) Eliminating the process of the quality inspector grinding the joints, reducing the labor intensity, saving 2 hours per person per day for the quality inspector, and effectively improving the work efficiency of the quality inspector.
(2) Solve the problem of the paper dust generated by the continuous grinding point damages the health of the quality inspector and affects the surrounding environmental hygiene, saving gloves and sandpaper and other materials.
(3) Solve the problem that the paper dust generated by the continuous point of polishing is adsorbed on the surface of the cigarette mark due to the electrostatic effect and affects the quality of the product.
(4) Solve the problem that the quality inspection worker may damage the cigarette mark when polishing the continuous point.
(5) Solve the problems of die-cutting knife damage, punching deformation, and the indentation of the connection point on the cigarette mark (normally protruding) caused by the self-made opening and opening point knife.
(6) Manually tearing the waste paper edge becomes time-saving and labor-saving, which solves the situation that the cigarette label is often damaged when the waste paper edge is torn off due to the continuous connection.
