3, the signal connection between the board and the driver is open, replace or re-welding.
4, the light path is not adjusted, re-adjust the light path.
5, bad light, replace the light.
6, computer operating system or computer failure, reinstall the system or replace the computer.
7, bad laser power, replace the laser power supply.
8. The Q driver is bad and replace the Q driver.
9, Q switch is bad, replace Q switch.
Second, weak light
1. The marking software CW mode is not selected and the light will be very weak. Select CW mode.
2. The wrong position of M1, M2, and M3 on the Q driver is selected. The correct way is to select M1.
3, the focal length is wrong, refocusing.
4, the water temperature is too high.
5, xenon lamp aging, replacement xenon lamp.
6, all-trans or semi-reflective lenses, focusing lenses, oscillating lenses, Q switch lens dirty or rub flowers. Wipe clean or replace.
7. The cavity, total reflection mirror, half mirror and beam expander are not adjusted and readjusted.
8, Q switch is not adjusted well, the normal situation is marking light, do not mark the Q switch to lock the laser. The current of the laser power supply can be properly adjusted and the frequency doubler is placed in front of the half mirror to see if there is any light leakage. If light leaks, the light will be weak and the Q switch will be readjusted.
9, the laser did not hit the galvanometer center, or galvanometer lens scratches. Re-adjust the light path or replace the galvo mirror.
Third, continuous light
1, the wrong switch sequence may cause continuous light. The correct power-on sequence is: Total Power => Computer => Marking Software => Chiller => Q Drive => Laser Power => Equalize Power READY light on => Press RUN key to start => Power switch . The order of shutdown is the opposite.

Fourth, galvanometer does not move
1. The X, Y ratio adjustment option on the Kairui software is zero, and the galvo will not move and adjust the parameters.
2, bad card, replace the card. The voltage of X and Y galvanometer signals on the card is normally 0-5V during marking and 0V when not marking.
3, galvanometer signal line open, replace.
4, Qinlong's galvanometer, the driver on the jumper cap next to the signal indicator must be removed, or galvanometer will not move.
5, galvanometer failure, replace the galvanometer.
6, computer operating system or computer failure, reinstall the system or replace the computer.
Five, galvanometer jitter and howling
1, the ground is not connected, re-connect the ground.
2, bad card, replace the card.
3, turn off the laser power supply, Q drive, hand gently touch the galvanometer lens jitter or whether the whistle whistle, if troubleshooting, then turn on the laser power and Q drive one by one to determine whether the laser power or Q drive caused .
4, if it is because of the laser power supply caused by galvanometer jitter or howling, the laser power supply high-voltage line and other signal lines as much as possible, in general, can be troubleshooting. If the fault persists, replace the laser power supply.
5. If it is because the Q driver causes the galvanometer to shake or whistle, you should check whether the connection between the Q driver and the Q switch is short circuited. Short circuit of the signal line will cause this failure. If the fault persists, replace the Q drive.
6, galvanometer bad, replace the galvanometer.
7, computer operating system or computer failure, reinstall the system or replace the computer.

1, the size of the exported graphics itself does not match the size of the required graphics, re-map. Simple graphics can be changed with marking software, and complex graphics are easily deformed.
2. The focal length has changed and the focal length is readjusted.
3. The proportion parameter is not adjusted well. Readjust the parameters.
4. If multiple patterns are marked in the same figure, the size of each pattern is different. Gold Orange Software can adjust the correction parameters. Kairui software does not have this parameter to adjust.

1. The screws holding the galvanometer are not locked and the galvanometer is fixed tightly.
2. Operating system or marking software problems, or operating system with anti-virus software can sometimes cause this problem. Reinstall the system or remove the antivirus software and reinstall the marking software.

3, bad board. Footswitch signal voltage, normal condition is that there is a 5V signal voltage for both marking and non-marking.
