The main body of the continuous drum washing machine is a drum, and the rotation thereof can cause the materials in the drum to roll, rub each other and friction with the cylinder wall, thereby peeling off the surface dirt. However, these effects are only mechanically assisted in the cleaning operation. Therefore, such washing machines need to be combined with watering, spraying or soaking. Spray and immersion cleaners are therefore named. The drum is generally a circular cylinder, but it can also be made into a hexagonal cylinder.
The principle of the continuous drum cleaning machine is that a baffle is added at both ends, and an inlet and outlet port with a cover plate is opened in the circumferential direction. When the material port is upward, the material inlet cover can be opened to feed inward; after washing, the cylinder body is turned to the material opening, and the cover can be unloaded. In order to facilitate the material to roll in the cylinder, the feeding should not be too full. Generally, such a washing machine uses a spray pipe to spray water continuously or intermittently into the cylinder to infiltrate the dirt and quickly peel and discharge. The rollers of the continuous drum cleaner are open at both ends, and the raw materials enter from one end and the other end. The axial movement of the material in the cylinder can be achieved by tilting the cylinder or by providing a spiral guide or a copy board on the inner wall of the cylinder. In order to improve the cleaning effect, some drum type cleaners are equipped with brushes that can be adjusted up and down and left and right.
Precautions when using the continuous drum cleaner:
1. When operating the pressure washer: Always wear appropriate goggles, gloves and a mask.
2. Always keep your hands and feet out of the cleaning nozzle.
3. Always check all electrical connectors.
4. Always check all liquids.
5. Always check the hose for cracks and leaks.
6. When the gun is not in use, always set the ban machine to a safe lock state.
7. Always use zui low pressure to work as much as possible, but this pressure should be enough to get the job done.
8. Always discharge the pressure from the washer before disconnecting the hose.
9. Always drain the water from the hose after each use.
10. Never point your gun at yourself or someone else.
11. Never start the unit until all hose connections have been locked in place.
12. Never start the equipment until the supply water is turned on and the appropriate water is allowed to flow through the gun shaft. Then connect the required cleaning nozzle to the gun bar.
Note: Do not leave the pressure washer unsupervised during operation. Every time you release the ban machine, the pump will run in bypass mode. If a pump has been running in bypass mode for a long time, the excessive temperature of the circulating water in the pump will shorten the service life of the pump or even damage the pump. . Therefore, avoid running the device in bypass mode for a long time.
